In 2004, Jordana graduated from York University with an Hons. BA in Philosophy. She received her L.L.B in 2007 from Osgoode Hall Law School.
During her studies at Osgoode, Jordana worked as a research assistant to a Communications Law professor, conducting research and helping to draft an upcoming book on the regulation of the Canadian broadcasting industry. She also worked as a volunteer with the Artist’s Legal Advice Service, a legal aid clinic in offering advice to artists, musicians, authors, and others involved in the Entertainment industry.
Jordana articled at Landy Marr Kats LLP in 2007, and returned to the firm as an Associate following her Call to the Bar in June, 2008. Her practice includes all areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Recently Jordana obtained victory at trial in which the judge said in his reasons “.. the defendant was very well served by the able representation by Ms. Goldlist, first as a student-at-law and then as a lawyer.” Congratulations Jordana! Read the decision.
